Way of working

To achieve optimal results, Kessel Rental employs a methodology that has been proven many times in practice. You will have a single point of contact for optimal support.
  • The analysis of requirements and wishes.Desired capacity and luxury, available space, and the on-site situation are crucial.
  • Site visit to assess possibilities and limitations.The ground and anchoring options are inspected, and measurements are taken.
  • Preparation of offer/draft of bandwidths and tolerances. Introducing alternatives based on experience and specific knowledge. Lifespan, quality, user-friendliness, performance, and cost aspects are compared. A scale drawing is created from the entire list.
  • „Go“ or „No Go“. The duration of the construction and installation work, mutual obligations and deadlines are confirmed.
  • Preparation of the lease agreement. The agreements and expectations are set out in writing.
  • Definitive development of the script. Kessel Rental has the right expertise for consulting, technical support, and ensures the setup and installation of A to B.
  • Construction acceptance, testing, inventory check and commissioning. Upon commissioning, an acceptance report is prepared, confirming that the rented inventory is present and that the space solution is functioning satisfactorily.
  • Service and After-Sales. At Kessel Rental, service doesn’t end after installation. We work with our own technicians and a nationwide service network.
