During a renovation project at ‘Hotel am Vitalpark,’ it was crucial to maintain meal services for the guests. Kessel Rental devised a compact temporary solution, and thus, we were able to supply 3 NxtGen Kitchen Units. The temporary solution includes a hot kitchen and a dishwashing kitchen.
In addition to standard (technical) provisions such as extractor hoods, power distribution box, work and sink tables, the setup includes equipment desired by the customer, such as 4 combi-steamers, 2 stoves, a fryer, tilting braising pan, and a double pass-through dishwasher. A custom-made connecting corridor to the existing permanent building makes it a practical total solution.
