During the renovation of the kitchen in a hospital in Schönau (Germany), it was crucial to continue providing meal preparation for the residents. In collaboration with Kessel Rental, a temporary solution was developed, and 6 container units were installed as a temporary kitchen.
The solution involved a dishwashing kitchen, hot kitchen, cold kitchen, multiple refrigeration rooms, and an office space. In addition to equipping with professional kitchen appliances and further furnishing with work and sink tables, a grease separator completed the temporary facility.
