We were asked to install a temporary kitchen for an Edeka supermarket in Lehrte (Germany) during renovation work. This project is realized in collaboration with ARTUS Bautrocknung- und Sanierungsgruppe.
Our 6 ‘NxtGen’ modular kitchen units are equipped with several refrigerated areas and one open area in which the users can place their own specific meat processing equipment. The kitchen is installed for an expected rental period of 26 weeks.
